• Audit Statistics with reporting and 3D graphing of statistics captured
• Manual Bulk Billing or Electronic HIC Medclaims are standard features
• Automatic follow up of outstanding debits via Reminder Letters and Account Statements for 3rd Party Accounts
• Shexie interfaces with Medical Director® Script Writing Software. Shexie updates the MD Database maintaining the patient details for you
• Patient Follow-up, Recall Letters and Reports, are produced daily if required. Recall failure reports are also produced for patients who fail to respond to your letter or phone call within a specified time period
• Shexie Platinum interfaces with Microsoft Word® to provide word processing capabilities. All letters generated by the system are automatically linked to patients for easy recall. Full versions of Microsoft Word® are utilised unlike other Practice Management packages
• User Alarms can be set which remind Platinum operators to perform specific tasks at a requested date and time for patients or for internal practice use
• Appointment waiting list links directly to the appointments system. When an appointment is cancelled, a list of patients waiting for an earlier appointment will be displayed. The Waiting List can also be displayed on request. Just select the patient you want to fill the cancelled slot and their appointment is moved to the new appointment time automatically
