I have been using Shexie since year 2000. Shexie is a smart and organised piece of software which made my daily work runs smooth and efficient. Shexie updates on a regular basis online. It is a comprehensive software including online billing, booking, document scanning, SMS messaging and much more. Help desk is easy to approach and they respond in very reasonable time. Also I find Shexie well priced compared to other software in the market. In my field as a cardiologist I would recommend Shexie to all the specialists.

Excellent! We have used the Shexie practice management software for over ten years. Over that time we have seen changes and updates including moving into the Shexie Platinum. The product is intuitive & user friendly and has many great features, which are included in the package. I work alongside other practice managers using different software systems and realised very early that there are so many more features and benefits with the Shexie software system. E g. automatic updating of rates for medicare, health funds & AMA which then flow on to workcover; access to two way claiming; easily accessed videos to watch and learn new or just to review features; These are just a few to mention. I have saved the best until last. What I appreciate more than anything is their service. I know that if I need to speak to their ‘Help Desk’ that someone will be at the end of the phone. I may sometimes have to leave a message, but my calls are always returned. We have not paid extra for this service. This peace of mind is worth everything. You will not be disappointed.

I have been using Shexie Medical Software since 2014. We are a very busy Specialist Practice with 5 consultants. Each year Shexie has made changes which meet the standard requirement.
