• Each user has their own logon code and password
• All financial and appointment details are logged as to the user responsible and the date and time of when the details were entered
• User levels limit the ability of users to perform certain tasks. Example: staff designated as word processing staff are not allowed to view or enter financial patient details
• Providers can be limited to view their own financial details ONLY.
• Users can be limited as to which providers information they are allowed to view or update
